Hey I like the site, great work. I love healthy food and its preparation. Did you go to a specialty culinary school? I have adopted a modified paleo diet (caveman diet, stone age, etc.) I am suprised you use soy, canola oil, whole grains, whey. If I eat bread its smelt bread (from sprouts). I cook with only olive oil , coconut oil, sometimes grape seed oil. I really think soy is now one of the worst thing to include in your diet.
So Thankful. You are making it easy to learn healthy eating tips. Saw your news segment in San Diego the other morning. Good Stuff! Checking out the Site now. Thanks, Mark
The Kitchen Vixen
The purveyor of food facts and fantasies, the dispeller of nutrition myths and misconceptions, The Kitchen Vixen is on a mission to save the world--one disease fighting recipe at a time. The science of nutrition is a mere 200 years old, The Kitchen Vixen, slightly younger. Twenty years ago, while working as a personal trainer, The Kitchen Vixen found that she could help clients move their bodies but she didn't know what to tell them to eat to fuel their bodies. Fraught with confusion and misinformation, The Kitchen Vixen set out to set things straight. Then and there she decided to study the science of nutrition. Amassed with degrees and credentials from Western and Eastern sciences and philosophies, The Kitchen Vixen is still a student of her own body and a teacher for the masses. Join her each week as she shows you what to eat to fuel your body while teaching you why and how these ingredients work. The Kitchen Vixen is "IN", here to give you the recipes for success; for life.
